A Workshop-Style Curriculum Built for Real Classrooms
IDEAS is a supplementary program presented in a workshop lesson format designed to build student self-agency, confidence, and transitional skills. Delivered across 20 ready-to-use sessions, each lesson balances teacher-led instruction with student-driven exploration — supported by student-facing presentations that make every session easy to facilitate and engaging to experience.
We help students in secondary grades understand systemic expectations and explore future options through best practices and peer-learning techniques.
By utilizing purposeful talk and community-building, the program fosters a supportive learning environment where students can explore, discuss, collaborate, and thrive.
The IDEAS Student Journal
A core component of the program is the IDEAS Student Journal, available in both physical and digital formats to best serve diverse learning environments. It serves as a personalized manual for academic action plans.
Students use this journal throughout their secondary grades to document achievements, build a portfolio for resumes and college essays, and track their growth on the College and Career Readiness Continuum through pre- and post-surveys.
